Laurel Windows is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Woodstock, GA

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating events, and providing administrative support.

**Responsibilities:**

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

-Coordinating and organizing events

- Looking through various sources (PlanHub, ConstructConnect, etc.) to find jobs to bid on

- Scheduling showroom visits/coordinating with the sales rep's schedule

-Assisting walk-in's by showing the products and giving them a brief overview

-Filling out customers information, including project details, and sending it to the appropriate person

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)

- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data

- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

-Keeping office supplies and showroom material stocked

-Checking mail daily

-Receiving payments and sending information to appropriate person

-Coordinating with junior estimators and assisting them in project prep work

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role

- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

- Excellent organizational skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Event planning experience is a plus

- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management

- Ability to manage schedules effectively

- Strong phone etiquette skills
